REFLEXOLOGY: Ancient Chinese medicine that teaches the theory of the application of sustained pressure, to specific points in either the hands or feet, to help relieve stress, toxins and tension in targeted organs of the body. Pressure is applied with the fingers or wooden tools, without the use of lotions or oils. Great for getting the benefits of relaxation without a full massage!!

MANUAL LYMPHATIC DRAINAGE (Vodder Technique):

Gentile, non-invasive, manual massage technique that moves the skin over lymphatic channels in a light pumping motion. This technique helps to open blocked lymphatic pathways, aiding the lymphatic system in moving and flushing tissue waste from between the tissue cells and spaces in between. This promotes healing of damages cells and helps to relieve swelling of tissues that have been compromised from illness, injury or surgery. Great for reduction of inflammation in post- surgical areas!!

TMJ MASSAGE (Temporal Mandibular Joint): Therapeutic massage of the moving joint of the jaw utilizing Neurological Reset Techniques and targeted stretches of the jaw muscles. Our therapist is also a Certified Dental Assistant. This allows her to access the problems of the jaw joint both internally and externally.

 Great for those who experience jaw pain from clenching, grinding or other jaw related problems due to stress, illness, injury or surgery!!
